Engagement Scope
All services provided by WebSignalWorks are governed by an executed Statement of Work (SOW) or written agreement between WebSignalWorks and the client. The SOW defines the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Any work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written amendment.
Pricing & Payment
Project pricing is fixed and agreed upon in writing before work begins. Invoices are issued as outlined in the SOW and are payable within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a statutory interest charge of 8% above the ECB reference rate, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/7/EU.
